Chapter Registration - 2 Step Registration Process is Back for 2025.

Step 1 is to buy One (1) Chapter Ticket - Put the Polemarch Down (or his designee) for the Chapter Ticket.

Step 2 is to select Individual tickets for the other brothers coming under the chapter registration and inputting a code that will be sent by the Province Keeper of Records to the chapters to Zero out the cost of those Individual Tickets.

Chapter registration is $320 (plus processing fees) for Alumni and $170 (plus processing fees) for Undergraduate chapters. 

For Alumni Chapters:  Chapters are responsible for the registration of the Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Keeper of Exchequer, Guide Right Chairman, MTA Chairman, and the Chapter Advisor.  The Chapter Advisor's fee is now part of the chapter registration, as explained in the NCP Bylaws. So Alumni has a total of seven (7) brothers included.

For Undergraduate Chapters:  Chapters are responsible for the registration of the Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Keeper of Exchequer, Guide Right Chairman, MTA Chairman, and one (1) additional brother.  So Undergraduate has a total of seven (7) brothers included. 

VERY IMPORTANT:  The Chapter Keeper of Records, or other officer designated by the Chapter Polemarch, must register all seven attendees for the chapter at the same time. If you need to make a change after you have submitted your chapter registration, please reach out to the Province Keeper of Records directly at kor@ncpkapsi.org.

ALL CHAPTERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE CHAPTER REGISTRATION FEE, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF BROTHERS IN THE REGISTRATION.

Individual Registration fees are below:

Individual registrations are $55 (plus processing fees) for Alumni and $35 (plus processing fees) for Undergraduate members.

Hotel Information

IMPORTANT- You must register 1st before receiving a link to reserve a room at the host hotel. Any brothers who are included in the room block but have not registered will be removed.
