C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference

Chapter Registration

Chapter registration is $320 (plus processing fees) for Alumni and $170 (plus processing fees) for Undergraduate chapters. 

For Alumni Chapters:  Chapters are responsible for the registration of the Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Keeper of Exchequer, Guide Right Chairman, MTA Chairman, and the Chapter Advisor.  The Chapter Advisor Registration fee will be covered by the Province.  So Alumni has a total of six (6) brothers included.

For Undergraduate Chapters:  Chapters are responsible for the registration of the Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Keeper of Exchequer, Guide Right Chairman, MTA Chairman, and two (2) additional brothers.  So Undergraduate has a total of seven (7) brothers included. 

VERY IMPORTANT:  The Chapter Keeper of Records, or other officer designated by the Chapter Polemarch, must register all six attendees (Alumni) or seven attendees (Undergraduate) for the chapter at the same time. If you need to make a change after you have submitted your chapter registration, please reach out to the Province Keeper of Records directly at kor@ncpkapsi.org.

WHEN REGISTERING: It is best to register using a computer. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the proper chapter ticket type. Select quantity of (6) for Alumni or (7) for Undergraduate in the quantity ticket box and follow the directions below.

THE TWO CODES BELOW ONLY WORK FOR SIX (6) ALUMNI OR SEVEN (7) UNDERGRADUATE BROTHERS FOR CHAPTER REGISTRATION.

IF YOUR CHAPTER DOESN'T HAVE THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF BROTHERS THEN CALL:

Province Keeper of Records Bond A. Thomas, Jr. for the correct registration code that matches the number of brothers you will be sending.

Directions: 

1. Scroll down to the ticket area on the page.

2. Go to C. Rodger Alumni Chapter or C. Rodger Undergrad Chapter

3. Select # of tickets (6) Alumni or (7) Undergrad

4. Click Checkout

5. Go to the right hand side of the screen where it says ADD COUPON CODE and enter 2024CRWALUMNICHAPTER or 2024CRWUGCHAPTER

6. Click Apply

7. Enter First and Last name, and e-mail address of buyer and click continue.

8. It should come up to $320.00 plus fees for alumni.

9. It should come up to $170.00 plus fees for undergraduate.

10. If it costs more than this, you didn't enter the code correctly.

     

    Then start filling in the following for each brother coming under the chapter registration (this takes about 15 minutes):

ALL CHAPTERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE CHAPTER REGISTRATION FEE, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF BROTHERS IN THE REGISTRATION.

The codes above are not for individual brothers attending!

Individual Registration

Individual registrations are $55 (plus processing fees) for Alumni and $35 (plus processing fees) for Undergraduate members.

IMPORTANT- You must register 1st before receiving a link to reserve a room at the host hotel. Any brothers who are included in the room block but have not registered will be removed. 

NEW FEATURE FOR 2024 CRWLC:  Undergraduate Suit Bank

Brother Marco Henderson of the Belleville-O’Fallon (IL) Alumni chapter has a collaboration with Jos A. Bank and Men's Wearhouse where undergraduate brothers can get two suits, two shirts, and two neckties for $10.00. The value is approximately $1,000.00. Marco will reserve 500 suits in total for the Undergraduate brothers.  This is an excellent opportunity for the Undergraduate brothers to build up their brand by getting new suits for a VERY LOW PRICE!!!

When the Undergraduate registers for CRWLC, pays $10.00 (in the selection below, separate from Individual or Chapter Registration), and arrives at CRWLC, he will get his suit, provided he got fitted at Jos A Bank or Men’s Wearhouse prior to arriving.

NOTE FOR UNDERGRADUATES:  DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE UNDERGRADUATE SUIT BANK UNDER CHAPTER REGISTRATION OR INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION.  REGISTER FOR THE SUITS SEPARATELY.

UNDERGRADUATES THAT ARE PROVINCE OFFICERS, DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE SUIT WITH YOUR COUPON CODE TOGETHER. REGISTER FOR THE SUIT SEPARATELY.

NEWLY INITIATED BROTHERS WITH FREE COUPON CODES:

BROTHERS WITH MTA COUPON CODES FOR LATE FALL 2023, SPRING 2024, AND SUMMER 2024 MTA CLASSES, REGISTER FOR THE SUIT SEPARATELY. THIS IS TO ENSURE THE PROVINCE GETS THE $10.00 FROM EACH BROTHER FOR THIS EFFORT.
